JHB Group attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy, we want to provide clear and transparent information on how we handle personal data.

We make every effort to ensure your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. JHB Group complies in all cases with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This entails that we in any case:

Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties as necessary to carry out the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:

  • Taking care of the Internet environment ;
  • Taking care of the (financial) administration;
  • Providing newsletters and invitations.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We will of course make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Within the EU

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please contact us directly. If we cannot work it out with you, we will of course find this very annoying. JHB Group uses cookies for the proper functioning of the website. These contain no personal information, and are not shared with third parties.

JHB Group also uses Google Analytics to track user behavior to see how we can improve the site. The information obtained, without the address of your computer (the IP address is anonymized), is transmitted encrypted to Google via a secure connection, and stored by Google on their servers.
